    Iron Hanny's Peptide Stack

The exact compounds I ran for my transformation — nothing added, nothing left out.

    The Stack

A word before you dive in

Everything in this document reflects what I personally ran — built around my specific goals, my body, and my own research process. These aren't generic recommendations. Peptide protocols are highly individual. What optimized my results may not be what you need.

Read through the stack, understand the logic behind each compound, and if you want to build something tailored to you — PepPal is the tool.

    The Stack

    Five compounds.
    One protocol.

    01

    Retatrutide

    GLP-1 / GIP / Glucagon Triple Agonist · GLP-3RT

    Goal
    Fat Loss & Metabolic Optimization
    Route
    SubQ Injection
    Frequency
    Weekly
    How It Was Used

The anchor of the entire protocol. Retatrutide is the only compound currently hitting all three receptors simultaneously — GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon. That triple action is what made it the most effective metabolic peptide I've used. Appetite suppression was nearly complete. Body recomposition was significant. This compound did the heavy lifting.

    Note

Titrate slowly. GI side effects are manageable but demand patience in early weeks.

    02

    MOTS-c

    Mitochondria-Derived Peptide · AMPK Activator

    Goal
    Energy Production & Mitochondrial Efficiency
    Route
    SubQ Injection
    Frequency
    Daily (AM)
    How It Was Used

Running a GLP-3RT agonist will hit your energy levels hard. MOTS-c was the counter. It activates AMPK and drives mitochondrial biogenesis — essentially optimizing how your cells produce energy. This is what kept fatigue from derailing the protocol. Synergizes well with caloric restriction.

    Note

Take in the morning. Effects are subtle but consistent over time — don't skip it.

    03

    MT-2 (Melanotan II)

    Melanocortin Receptor Agonist · MC1R / MC4R

    Goal
    Melanogenesis, Libido Support, Appetite Modulation
    Route
    SubQ Injection
    Frequency
    Loading 2 wks → Maintenance
    How It Was Used

Added for cosmetic benefits and libido support — both of which GLP agonists can suppress. MT-2 activates MC4R which also contributes mild additional appetite suppression. Ran a 2-week loading phase at 400–500mcg to build saturation, then dropped to a lower maintenance dose. The tan effect was a bonus.

    Note

Loading phase: 400–500mcg daily for 2 weeks. Nausea is common early — nasal spray format can help tolerance.

    04

    CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin

GHRH Analogue + Selective GHRP · GH Axis Support

    Goal
GH Optimization, Recovery & Lean Tissue Preservation
    Route
    SubQ Injection
    Frequency
    5×/week, Pre-Bed
    How It Was Used

The GH axis support stack. CJC-1295 extends the GH release window while Ipamorelin selectively stimulates GH without spiking cortisol or prolactin. Together: better sleep quality, faster recovery, and meaningful lean tissue preservation during the caloric deficit. Note — this blend targets subcutaneous fat, not visceral. That's a common misconception worth clearing up.

    Note

Always dose on an empty stomach for a clean GH pulse. Fasted = better results.

    05

    KLOW

    GHK-Cu + KPV + BPC-157 + TB-500 Blend · Anti-Inflammatory & Repair

    Goal
Gut Health, Skin Repair & Systemic Anti-Inflammatory Support
    Route
    SubQ Injection
    Frequency
    Daily
    How It Was Used

A four-peptide repair blend added after the core metabolic stack was locked in. GHK-Cu drives collagen synthesis and skin regeneration. KPV inhibits NF-κB and supports gut barrier repair. BPC-157 targets tissue repair and gut health. TB-500 promotes systemic tissue regeneration and reduces inflammation. Together they provide compounding anti-inflammatory and recovery benefits that complement the fat-loss-focused core.

    Note

Rotate injection sites daily. Mild redness or swelling at the injection site is normal due to the GHK-Cu component — not a reason to stop. Add only after the core protocol is stable.
