CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
Growth HormoneCJC-1295 (No DAC) 5mg + Ipamorelin 5mg — Pre-Blended GH Secretagogue Stack
Overview
CJC-1295 (No DAC) and Ipamorelin are a pre-blended GH secretagogue stack that work on two different receptors in the GH axis — GHRH and ghrelin receptors — producing synergistic pulsatile GH release larger than either peptide alone. The no-DAC version preserves the body's natural pulsatile GH rhythm.
Mechanism of Action
CJC-1295 (No DAC / Mod GRF 1-29) is a GHRH analogue stimulating pituitary GH production. Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor agonist triggering clean GH pulses without significantly raising cortisol or prolactin. Together they produce synergistic pulsatile GH release.

Dosing (PepPal Protocol)
PepPal only publishes dosing from our vetted protocol PDFs. For peptides without an official PepPal protocol, see the Protocols page.
Step 1: 12 units/day (200 mcg of each). Step 2: 18 units/day (300 mcg of each). Once daily subcutaneous, evening/pre-sleep, fasted. 12–16 weeks on / 2–4 weeks off.
Reconstitution Guide
Vial size: 10 mg (5 mg CJC-1295 + 5 mg Ipamorelin)
Water volume: 3 mL bacteriostatic water
Concentration: 0.1667 mg per unit per peptide
Add 3 mL of bacteriostatic water slowly along the vial wall — do not shake. 12 units = 200 mcg of each, 18 units = 300 mcg of each. Inject at least 1 hour before eating or 1.5 hours after last meal. Pre-sleep on empty stomach is optimal (insulin blunts GH release).
Storage Guidelines
Before reconstitution: Store at -20°C. Protect from light and moisture.
After reconstitution: Refrigerate at 2–8°C. Use within 3–4 weeks.
Half-Life & Stability
Half-life: CJC-1295 (No DAC): ~30 minutes. Ipamorelin: ~2 hours. Each injection produces a discrete GH pulse that clears within 30–60 minutes.
Stability: Use promptly after reconstitution. Can be run indefinitely though 12–16 weeks on / 2–4 weeks off is recommended best practice.
