Overview
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide found in human plasma, saliva, and urine. It is extensively researched for skin remodeling, wound healing, and anti-aging effects. Effects are cumulative and subtle — patience is key.
Mechanism of Action

Step 1: 1–2 mg daily subcutaneously. Step 2: 2.5–3 mg daily (advance when Step 1 is comfortable). No cycling off required — GHK-Cu can be used continuously.
Reconstitution Guide
Vial size: 50 mg
Water volume: 3 mL bacteriostatic water
Concentration: 0.167 mg per unit
Add 3 mL of bacteriostatic water slowly along the vial wall — do not shake. 1 mg = 6 units, 2 mg = 12 units, 3 mg = 18 units. Rotate injection sites daily (abdomen, outer thigh, or deltoid).
Storage Guidelines
Before reconstitution: Store powder at -20°C, protected from light and moisture.
After reconstitution: Refrigerate at 2–8°C. Use within 4 weeks.
Half-Life & Stability
Half-life: Not well characterized for peptide form; copper complex is relatively stable
Stability: Stable when properly stored. Mild injection site redness/swelling is normal and expected — not a reason to hold dose.
